We ask that you read this Agreement carefully before using or purchasing anything from us. Simply by using the Site (as defined below), you accept this Agreement and its terms and conditions. This Site is prohibited if you do not accept these terms.

Acceptance of Terms:

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other rules and guidelines we may impose and publish on the Site. This Agreement shall be deemed to include any policies and other materials referred to in this Agreement.

It is our right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide you with notice of such modifications by any reasonably available means, including a link to the updated Agreement on the Site. Your constitutional and statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this Agreement.

Order and Acceptance:

We may offer Products for sale on the Site and utilize third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate online transactions for the sale of these Products. You agree that any order for Goods you submit to Stack Grams shall be deemed an offer by you to acquire the Goods pursuant to this Agreement and shall be subject to our acceptance.

We do not guarantee the availability of any certain price or Goods listed on the Site. We may choose to confirm receipt of your order and provide the order details in a separate communication after you have placed your order. Any such confirmation of receipt from us will not be construed as an acceptance of your order, and you acknowledge and agree to this.

Price and Payment Terms:

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the price of the Products shall be the price in effect at the time of Product shipment. All trademarks, service marks, service names, trade names, service logos, product names, and similar items are the property of their respective owners. They are not affiliated with this Site or any of its employees.

Shipping and Insurance

A free shipping facility is available at Stack Gram. This facility is available on orders over $199. Orders less than $199 have to pay $7.99. Our customers can choose from our free shipping method or upgrade the shipping method upon checkout.

We only ship to the US Addresses, limited to PO boxes and military ones. We cannot send our products to UPS Stores, mail forwarding companies, or other such services.

Shipping Methods

We use multiple carriers for shipping, with the most prominent being USPS. The base shipping method on our website is our preferred carrier, so you get the lowest possible delivery price.

But you can always upgrade your shipping carrier whenever required. You’ll find this option on the Checkout screen.

Shipment Packaging:

When mailing precious metals, protection is most important. To ensure security, we wrap products in protective packaging and place them in the parcel and packaging material to keep them in their original position during transit.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order from where it was placed at Stack Gram to when it is delivered to your address. We usually ship your order within one day of payment clearance; you’ll get an email notification of the shipment.

You can continue to the “My Account” tab at Stack Gram and follow the shipment from the packaging of your metals in our facility to the final delivery.

More About Shipping Insurance

Every single package that we send your way is fully insured. It means that in case your package gets lost, you’ll get a full refund or exchange. But please note that our insurance is only for packages in transit. If you fail to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours of the signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim. Once the delivery confirmation is received, the insurance no longer remains effective.
